Atelier "La formation : quand, pourquoi et comment"

La reconversion professionnelle est une étape vécue par de plus en plus de personnes, jeunes ou moins jeunes, et parfois plusieurs fois dans une vie. La possibilité de se former tout au long de sa vie est donc un enjeu majeur pour sécuriser nos parcours professionnels. Mais il ne faut pas s'y tromper, la formation est un moyen et non une finalité.

Cet atelier permettra donc de situer la formation au coeur d'un projet professionnel, de l'inclure et d'en saisir les différents aspects à prendre en compte : modalités d'apprentissage, conditions d'accès et modes de financements.
