Réunion d'information sur la Coopérative Jeunes Majeurs (CJM)

La Coopérative Jeunes Majeurs est un projet qui initie les jeunes à la gestion d'une entreprise coopérative.
Concrètement, 15 jeunes de 18 à 25 ans, entouré.e.s de deux chargé.es d'accompagnement, vont gérer de A à Z leur propre entreprise afin d'offrir des services à leur territoire (Rennes et Rennes Métropole) durant trois mois, d'octobre à décembre 2023.

Cette expérience permet d'expérimenter l'entrepreneuriat en conditions réelles et de s'initier au marketing, à la comptabilité, aux ressources humaines, au travail d'équipe, à la coopération. Autant de compétences à valoriser dans son parcours d'insertion professionnelle et d'engagement.
