Charte rennaise de la démocratie locale

Lundi 9 mars 2015, le Conseil municipal de Rennes a adopté la Charte rennaise de la démocratie locale, dont l'ambition est de rénover les pratiques de la participation citoyenne, en se fondant sur l'expertise et les capacités d'initiative des habitants.
